2. Can it be constructed exactly as per the design?
- Yes. Kconcept has its own design & construction team and internal system, so concept drawings are directly converted into technical documents. All materials, lighting, and structural details are tested in the factory before being put on the floor – ensuring “design as it is, construction as it is”.
3. Who is in charge of technical documents and working with the Organizing Committee?
- Kconcept takes care of everything: technical drawings, electricity, rigging, fire protection, construction cards, nameplates and submission for approval according to the regulations of each location. You do not need to handle procedures or work directly with the Organizing Committee.
4. Can I see the real material before production?

- A Kconcept site manager is directly present at the site, monitoring each item, updating photos/videos according to milestones so you can keep track of progress without having to be present.
7. What happens if there’s an incident during the event ?
- Kconcept has an onsite technical support team. We check the lighting, electrical system, and screens, and provide immediate assistance within minutes — ensuring your booth runs smoothly throughout the entire event.
8. There are only a few days to build the booth — will it be ready in time?
- When the exhibition booth is executed, around 70% of the structure and main components are pre-built at our workshop. The onsite work focuses on finishing and installation. Thanks to this preparation, Kconcept always delivers projects on schedule — 100% on time for every client.
9. Does Kconcept offer technical support during the event and help with dismantling afterward?
